Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Any returns initiated after this 10-day period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Jewelry must be unworn with tags still attached. We will inspect the product upon arrival, and if it is deemed unsellable, we will not process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive the return for processing.

We currently do not offer free return shipping; this is at the customer's expense. Please consider tracking your package, as we are not responsible for refunds on orders that are not received.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately [email protected].

We do not process exchanges and treat them as new orders. If you wish to exchange, please review our return policy and place a new order.
